Skultuna Induflex complies with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive 2011/65/EU.
The Restriction of certain Hazardous Substances (RoHS) affects each and every electronics manufacturer directly or indirectly, regardless of geographical location or the equipment they produce. Skultuna Induflex laminates meet the requirements of the RoHS directive (2011/65/EU on the Restriction on the use of certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment).
Skultuna Induflex complies with the REACH regulations.
REACH is the Regulation on Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals. It entered into force on 1st June 2007. It streamlines and improves the former legislative framework on chemicals of the European Union (EU).
We, with the aid of experts in the field, have given careful consideration to how REACH will affect the sale of our flexible laminates. The conclusion is that all our products are Articles as defined in the legislation.
Since the products are Articles, do not contain substances which are intended to be released from the Articles during normal and reasonable foreseeable conditions of use, and contain no SVHCs in concentrations > 0.1%, they are exempt from registration under the requirements of REACH.
ISO 9001 and 14001 certificates
Our flexible laminated and coated multilayer tapes are manufactured using the most advanced equipment available and finished with the utmost care and therefore we have ISO certificates to maintain the highest standard in our products and applications.
Our constant concern for improving quality is maintained through our ISO 9001 certified quality system guaranteeing that all production data is totally retrievable. We are also ISO 14001 certified to guarantee that all data concerning environmental impact is retrievable.
