Sweden’s oldest industrial company still going strong
Our history dates back to 1607 when the Skultuna Mill was founded by the Swedish king, Karl IX. The lamination operation began in Finspång, central Sweden, in 1935 and moved to Skultuna, 120 km west of Stockholm, in 1960. In 2014 Skultuna merged with Induflex N.V. in Gent, Belgium, becoming a leading actor in flexible laminates.
Skultuna Induflex is a flexible laminates specialist. Besides the head office in Skultuna, we have subsidiaries in Gent, Belgium and Beijing, China including sales, production and warehousing.
Since 2007 Skultuna Flexible has been a consolidated unit within the Fairford Group focusing on growth – we are continuously investing in new capacity and opportunities.
Our production capabilities include laminating, coating, slitting, embossing, punching and sheeting. We conduct ongoing research into better flexible lamination solutions and strive to deliver laminate perfection to major manufacturers worldwide. Our customers are active in the cable industry, handheld devices, heating foils, busbar insulation, automotive, packaging and other areas.
