Flexible laminates for effective insulation
Just like emissions in the form of heat, cold, electricity, light and sound, etc., physical substances such as gases and liquids pose major problems that require us to actively protect equipment or ourselves against them. Our flexible laminates focus on insulation and can be found in: packaging for industrial purposes, insulation foils for solar energy, sensors, flexible tubes and many other applications.
Skultuna Induflex offers a wide range of barrier laminates for use in power distribution systems as outer and inner insulations for busbars.
Skultuna Induflex has a close cooperation with well known bushing manufacturers and supplies coated Al-foils for resin impregnated paper (RIP) and oil impregnated paper (OIP) bushings.
Barrier laminates
NIP is the Skultuna Induflex designation for barrier materials that are water vapor proof, greaseproof, flexible and heat sealable, and can handle military packaging.
Skultuna Induflex manufactures a wide variety of barrier materials according to MIL-PRF-131K.
We have a stock of NIP30PE100 in 1200 mm widths and 100 m/roll that we are able to supply within a day.
The materials can be inside-printed and the materials below are food approved.
